Full Job Description

We specialize in providing top-tier web design services for our clients, and we're looking for a contract-based website / digital designer to work with alongside our in-house Sr. Digital Designer and our Sr. Developer on a project-project-basis. TSL works primarily within WordPress and the HubSpot CMS, so website designs will need to be created with these platforms in mind.

Our clients demand website designs that are focused on:

Job Qualifications:

• Have a great eye for visual design and an understanding of contrast, spacing, consistency, color, and the other elements & principles of design.

• Be ready to think outside of the box. We're not looking to make websites that look like everyone else's – we want unique concepts that match our clients' vision.

• On the flip side, be ready to create designs that are in alignment with existing website modules and page layouts.

• Experience not just in web design but in graphic design, user experience, SEO, and corporate branding.

• Attention to detail. We want consistency in spacing, color, size, etc.

• Collaboration with our digital team and participate in brainstorming, concepting, etc. This means attending internal and client meetings when needed.

• Direct collaboration and planning with the web development team to ensure that a given design is optimized for the specified platform.

• Willingness to accept constructive feedback, including QA feedback from our internal team, and action updates and edits accordingly.

• Adherence to deadlines and agreed-upon due dates.

• Be able to provide a work estimate and communicate with the TSL Team if the agreed-upon estimate or plan needs to be altered in any way.

• Bonus if you have experience working in the IT Industry.

• Expert-Level skillset in the Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

• Experience using HubSpot, InVision, and/or Unbounce a plus but not required.
