We’re looking to hire a .NET Developer Team Leader to join our Tax & Customs Business Unit. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 developers, where you will be a senior developer as well. The main goal is to implement a new management model of qualifications and competencies for the Portuguese Public Function.
Required Competences:
- +3 years in the development of IT systems with .Net Technology (minimum .NET 4,8);
- Aims to lead a team of developers;
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy;
- Team player and empathetic;
- Good oral and written communication skills - Portuguese speaker.
Preferred Competencies:
- Experience in leading (at least) a small team of developers;
- Knowledge of React technology.
